1. Acceptance

By using www.firsttimemum.co (the "website") you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Who we are

The website belongs to Julia Gonzalvo Schakat (see Legal Notice), an independent distributor of premium wellness products from an established company. firsttimemum.ju is not that company and does not act on its behalf, except as an independent distributor.

3. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the forms and request information.

4. What we offer through the website

The website offers informational content (including the videos and the free webclass) and the option to request information and a call to assess whether the business proposal is a fit for you. Requesting information is free and commits you to nothing. Any later purchase or agreement will be formalised separately, with its own terms, price and documentation, before you make any decision.

5. No income guarantee

We do not guarantee income, earnings or results of any kind. Please read the Income Disclaimer.

6. Your obligations

  • Provide true data that belongs to you.
  • Use the website lawfully, without damaging it or interfering with its operation.
  • Not copy or reuse its content without permission.

Julia Gonzalvo Schakat does not guarantee that you will earn income, recover what you invest or achieve any specific result. Many people who start a business like this do not earn significant income.

Refund Policy

No product or service is sold directly through this website: requesting information, the webclass and the call are free.

Discovery Process (€88)

After the webclass you can access the Discovery Process for €88 (VAT included). It gives you access to the community and the platform so you can see the business from the inside and decide whether it's for you. It is sold and provided by Becoming Present SLU, which processes the payment and any refund; its terms are shown before you pay.

  • 14-day guarantee: you have 14 calendar days from your access to see everything from the inside. If you decide it's not for you, the full €88 is refunded, no questions asked.
  • How to request it: email [email protected] within those 14 days, from the email address you used to pay. You can also write to me at [email protected] and I'll help you.
  • When you receive it: within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method.
  • What happens to your access: once the refund is processed, your access to the community and the platform ends.

This guarantee does not limit your rights under consumer law, including the right of withdrawal.

Manufacturer products

Products purchased from the manufacturer are governed by that manufacturer's terms of sale, warranty and returns, which will be provided to you before purchase.

La web pertenece a Julia Gonzalvo Schakat (ver Aviso legal), distribuidora independiente de productos premium de bienestar de una empresa establecida. firsttimemum.ju no es esa empresa ni actúa en su nombre, salvo como distribuidora independiente.

3. Edad mínima

Para usar los formularios y solicitar información debes tener al menos 18 años.

4. Qué ofrecemos a través de la web

La web ofrece contenido informativo (incluidos los vídeos y la webclass gratuita) y la posibilidad de solicitar información y una llamada para valorar si la propuesta de negocio encaja contigo. Solicitar información es gratuito y no te obliga a nada. Cualquier compra o acuerdo posterior se formalizará por separado, con sus propias condiciones, precio y documentación, antes de que tomes ninguna decisión.

5. Sin garantía de ingresos

Política de reembolso

A través de esta web no se vende directamente ningún producto ni servicio: solicitar información, la webclass y la llamada son gratuitas.

Proceso de Descubrimiento (88 €)

Después de la webclass puedes acceder al Proceso de Descubrimiento por 88 € (IVA incluido). Te da acceso a la comunidad y a la plataforma para que veas el negocio desde dentro y decidas si es para ti. Lo vende y lo presta Becoming Present SLU, que gestiona el pago y cualquier reembolso; sus condiciones se muestran antes de pagar.

  • Garantía de 14 días: tienes 14 días naturales desde tu acceso para verlo todo desde dentro. Si decides que no es para ti, se te devuelven los 88 € completos, sin preguntas.
  • Cómo pedirlo: escribe a [email protected] dentro de esos 14 días, desde el email con el que pagaste. También puedes escribirme a [email protected] y te ayudo.
  • Cuándo lo recibes: en un máximo de 14 días desde tu solicitud, por el mismo medio de pago.
  • Qué pasa con tu acceso: una vez hecho el reembolso, se cierra tu acceso a la comunidad y a la plataforma.

Esta garantía no limita los derechos que te reconoce la normativa de consumo, incluido el derecho de desistimiento.
